For the shishito peppers

  • 12 ounces shishito peppers
  • 1 lime
  • Kosher salt and fresh pepper

Method

For the meatballs, add the ground turkey to a large bowl along with the ancho chili, cumin, cayenne, thyme, pepitas, cilantro, 1½ teaspoons salt, and a few cracks of pepper.
