Not everyone has a big crazy family that gets together on Thanksgiving, but you still need to get your turkey on. Making a bone-in turkey breast is the way to go! It’s much easier than trying to cook a fifteen-pound bird and takes less than an hour. The secret to juicy, flavorful breast meat is butter—lots and lots of butter.
Make the turkey breast. Allow the turkey breast to sit at room temperature for 1 hour before cooking. A cold breast in a hot oven will cook unevenly and be tough.
