Tahini can be used to flavor sauces and soups or to make salad dressings creamy. If the oil rises to the top, just give it a good stir before using. This dressing can also be used as a sauce for steamed broccoli and other vegetables, baked potatoes, or beans. Freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice provides better flavor than bottled, along with more vitamin C and no sulfites.
