This creamy dressing is rich in omega-3 fatty acids yet is low in fat and calories. Just three tablespoons (45 ml) of hemp seeds provide 10 grams of high-quality protein, 3 grams of omega-3 fatty acids, and an impressive array of minerals, including iron, zinc, potassium, and magnesium.
