This delicious, creamy dressing can take the place of traditional mayonnaise in any recipe. Use it sparingly, though, as it is quite rich.
Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more water, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) at a time, until the desired consistency is achieved. Stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator, the mayonnaise will keep for 1 week.
