This simple dish will sustain your energy wonderfully between meals. If you prefer, replace any of the vegetables with your favorites or with any leftover veggies that you have on hand.
Put the grain in a bowl. Add the spinach, beans, beet, and carrot. Sprinkle the seeds over the top and drizzle with the dressing.
