Rich, sweet, tangy, and tart, these little no-bake balls are a true delight. They’ll satisfy the most insistent sweet tooth in need of a snack.
Put the almonds, cashews, and salt in a food processor and process into a coarse flour. Transfer to a large bowl. Put the dates, lime zest, lime juice, and coconut in the food processor and process into a soft paste, stopping occasionally to scrape down the work bowl. Add the date paste to the nut flour. Add the currants and stir until well combined.
