Pork Tacos

I offered these Korean tacos at Jinjuu in London, and they have now become a menu staple. The meat is flavoured with sesame oil, sesame seeds and chilli paste and is topped with both an Asian-style slaw and our homemade Cabbage Kimchi, which gives a deep savoury flavour and a much welcomed crunch, freshness and bite.
