Cheese and fruit are a natural combination, but here they come in a slightly different form. This is a traditional preparation in the fall and winter. Try to find fruit that is not particularly juicy, such as Golden Delicious apples or Bose pears.
Warm a 7- or 8-inch (about 20-cm) nonstick pan over medium heat. Melt the butter in the pan and add the apple or pear slices. Heat for just a couple of moments until they give off a slight perfume. Add the
