Here is marvelous country cooking found in farmhouses along the border between Venezia Giulia and Slovenia. Serve it with Patate in Tecia (Pan-cooked Potatoes) or boiled or roasted potatoes. Be sure to read about careful handling of chicken. The dish will be much better if you use a kosher or organic chicken.
