My recipe for easy chicken döner kebab was cooked to perfection in a table-top grill, such as an Optigrill or a George Foreman grill. The recipe is easy to prepare, and after an initial marinade for several hours (or overnight), it tastes remarkably similar to a takeaway kebab, but with less fat.
