“Jimmy’s Kitchen” Hong Kong Style Fish Curry

Jimmy’s Kitchen has been open for more than 80 years in Hong Kong and is one of Hong Kong’s oldest restaurants. The restaurant today is situated in Central, on Hong Kong Island, but when I was last living there, it was situated in Tsim Sha Tsui, on Kowloon side, and was an institution with all of the ex-pats and servicemen who lived and visited the colony during the 50s, 60s and 70s. Offering Western style dishes and a popular Sunday roast, it was the curries that we as a family went there
