A delightful medley of early summer vegetables that are dressed in chive butter. Perfect as an accompaniment to fish, especially salmon and roast chicken as well as tarts and quiches. I use a mixture of broad beans, new potatoes and baby carrots which works well as a combination. Garnish this dish with chive flowers when they are in season for a pretty picture-book finish.
