Flaky pastry encases a delectable filling of potatoes, Stilton cheese and finely diced celery. These pasties are perfect for a midweek family supper as well as being wonderful when eaten “al fresco” on a picnic or for the school and office lunchbox. (Suitable for freezing.)


  • 450 g ready-made puff pastry
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
