This is a very poignant recipe for me as it’s one I used to make for my dad. He loved a good pie and was particularly fond of corned beef whether it be in a sandwich, with a plate of chips and brown sauce or in a pie. The recipe is simplicity itself and only has three main ingredients in it apart from the pastry. These are corned beef, potatoes and an onion. As well as making a large plate pie you can also make individual pasties with this recipe.
