Melting Moments are wonderful little “light as a feather” and meltingly crisp biscuits which always made an appearance on Mum’s afternoon tea-table as well as in our school lunchbox. You can roll them in coconut or oats before baking. I prefer coconut but I am sure they would be just as nice with oats which is suggested as an alternative.
