  • About

Another fabulous recipe that just had to be added is this recipe for Mum’s curry puffs. There are many recipes for curry puffs with them being particularly popular in Malaysia, (where they are fried) in South Africa and as an Anglo-Indian recipe that the Memsahib’s brought back with them from India. Mum’s recipe is a simple baked version that uses left-over curry with a few diced boiled potatoes and peas added and probably falls into the Anglo-Indian variety of recipe.
