  • About

In today’s episode of #goals #blessed #slay we feature one of my favourites: flower ice cubes. They’re not just easy to make, they also look oh-so-Instagram-ready to chill your favourite bottle of champagne.

Ingredients

  • Edible flowers (such as rose petals, lavender, nasturtiums)
  • Water
  • Ice tray

Method

Fill an ice cube tray halfway with water and place a flower on the surface, face down in each cavity. Gently pour just a few drops of water over each flower so that when you freeze it, the flower will be held in place.

Freeze, then add water to fill the ice cube tray. Freeze again.
