  • 4 cups pigweed leaves
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 onion, cho

Method

Wash leaves in cold water and place in a pot. Add water and onion, and cook for 30 minutes until soft. Add tomato, season with salt and simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes until tomato is cooked. Serve with pap.
