  • 2 cups samp, soaked overnight
  • 2 cups sugar beans, soaked overnight
  • 5 – 6

Method

Combine soaked samp and beans, rinse thoroughly, then cook in a large pot with 5 – 6 cups water. Check after 30 minutes and add water if necessary.

Meanwhile, heat the oil and fry the onion in the curry powder until fragrant. Continue to cook the samp for 1 hour or until slightly soft.
