  • 4 – 6 cups basmati rice, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 medium onio

Method

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large wok or skillet on medium heat. Add the rice and stir vigorously for about 2 – 3 minutes, then remove from the pan and set aside. Wipe the wok or skillet with a clean paper towel or cloth.
