  • 110 g unsalted butter
  • 220 g caster sugar

Method

Pre-heat the oven to 175°C/gas mark 4.

In a food-mixer, cream together the butter, sugar and honey until light and fluffy. Turn down the speed, add the eggs and mix well.

Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa together, then fold carefully but thoroughly into the butte
