For the Meatloaf

  • 2 medium onions, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed

Pre-heat the oven to 190°C/gas mark 5.

Gently cook the onion, garlic and thyme in the vegetable oil for a few minutes until soft.

Transfer into a bowl and leave to cool.
