Method

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/gas mark 4.

Mix the butter, cocoa powder and melted chocolate together.

In a food-processor or mixer, or by hand, whisk together the eggs and caster sugar until they are light and fluffy.

Sieve together the flours and baking powder, th
