  • 50 ml of good-quality vodka or gin
  • a dash of dry Italian vermouth

Method

The amount of storage space you have in your freezer will determine which of the two methods below you will choose.

If you have space, store your vodka/gin and the Martini glasses in the freezer.

Ensure that you have all the other ingredients to hand.

Pour the tiniest drop of vermouth into each glass and swirl it around to coat the inside of the glass.
