  • 2 Tbsp distilled white vinegar
  • 8 large eggs

Method

Pour water to a depth of 2 inches (5 cm) into a large, deep sauté pan and add the vinegar. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat. Fill a bowl halfway with hot tap water and place it near the stove.
