Ingredients

  • 3 grapefruits, halved
  • 6 Tbsp ( oz/75 g)

Method

Preheat the broiler. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Arrange the grapefruit halves, cut sides up, on the prepared sheet. Sprinkle each half with 1 Tbsp of the sugar. Place in the broiler about 4 inches
