  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
  • 2 cups (12 oz/375 g)

Method

Have ready 4 tumblers. In a blender, combine the bananas, pineapple, berries, yogurt, and orange juice. Process until thick and creamy. Pour into the glasses and serve.
