Method

  1. In a stand mixer, mix the almond flour, all purpose flour, salt, sugar and butter until it just starts to come together.
  2. Add the eggs and yuzu juice until the mixture resembles a smooth paste.
  3. Remove from the bowl and place in a pastry bag, set aside.
