American Chocolate Cake

Preheat oven to 175C (347F)

1. In a stand mixer, beat the butter, sugar and brown sugar for 10 minutes until the color has lightened.
2. Add the eggs one by one, scrape the bowl continuously to ensure a uniform mass.
