Method
- In a medium-sized saucepan, boil the cream and sugar. Add the bloomed gelatin and stir in until it is dissolved.
- Pour the hot mixture over the chocolate. With an immersion blender or whisk, blend until incorporated well.
- Pour in a ramekin and chill in the refrigerator until set.
