Method

  1. In a medium-sized saucepan, boil the cream and sugar. Add the bloomed gelatin and stir in until it is dissolved.
  2. Pour the hot mixture over the chocolate. With an immersion blender or whisk, blend until incorporated well.
  3. Pour in a ramekin and chill in the refrigerator until set.
