  1. In a medium-sized saucepan, boil the lemongrass, sugar and water. Remove from the heat and infuse for 30 minutes.
  2. Strain with a fine sieve into medium-sized plastic container.
  3. Cool the mixture down in an ice bath.
  4. When cool, freeze the mixture in a medium-sized plastic container.
