After the success of my first double layer crème brûlée, I couldn’t stop thinking about the countless flavor combinations out there. I eventually settled on ginger and blueberry for the sequel, an unquenchably perfect combination. I infused cream with fresh ginger for a nice, spicy custard and poured it over a fruity blueberry fluid gel.
