Ingredients Grams
Sweetened Condensed Milk (Eagles Brand or other high quality)


  1. Remove the label on the can. Place in a large pot of boiling water, making sure the can is well covered in water. Cook for 3.5 hours in boiling water. Make sure the can is always covered by the water.
  2. Remove and allow to cool to room temperature. Empty the dulce de leche into a small container and store in the refrigerator.
