Preheat oven to 120C (248F)

1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk all the ingredients together until the batter is smooth.
2. Cut out a stencil from hard plastic, measuring 12.7cm X 5.08cm (5 inch x 2 inch).
3. On a half sheet pan
