Butter (room temperature) 300


  1. Preheat oven to 165C (329F)
  2. In a stand mixer, beat the butter and sugar for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the egg yolks slowly.
  4. Add the dry ingredients and mix until combined well. Do not overwork the dough. Chill for 2 hours.
