  1. In a small-sized saucepan, bring the vanilla seeds, milk, cream, sugar and agar to a boil.
  2. After the mixture has boiled for a minute, add the gelatin and stir well.
  3. Let this cool down until it’s warm to the touch, mix well and pour in the baking pan lined with plastic wrap. You need to cool it down so the vanilla beans are dispersed w
