Pineapple Poaching Syrup 1000


  1. Peel, core and cut the pineapple into 3.18cm (1.5 inch) thick rings.
  2. In a large-sized saucepan, boil the poaching liquid and take off the heat. Pour the poaching liquid over the pineapple and let it marinate for 30 minutes in a large container.
  3. Remove the pineapple from the liquid and set aside.
