Cobblers are as Southern as Southern gets, but you usually don’t think of ’em for breakfast. Well, honey, I’ve taken the idea of the cobbler and given it a savory twist, with the comfortin’ flavors of a full-course breakfast—all in one yummy cheese-covered dish.

Ingredients

  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 lb. sage breakfast sausage
  • 8 eggs
  • 1

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Cook and crumble the sausage. Drain on a paper-towel-lined plate.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the eggs, half-and-half, onions, and spices.
  • Place the biscu
