Deviled Egg-Salad Sandwich

No respectable Southern potluck or family dinner would be complete without deviled eggs. Is it just a coincidence that a good deviled egg can also be turned into a great eggsalad sandwich? I think not. I think it’s a divine plan to put deviled eggs in their place—between two slices of a flaky croissant. I’ve given a basic deviled egg recipe a twist, by addin’ a li’l of this and a li’l of that to create a heavenly deviled egg-salad sandwich.
