Mom’s Slaw

In the South, when you think of slaw, you usually think of cabbage laden with creamy mayo; and by laden, I mean get the shovel out. My mom put her twist on traditional coleslaw with the light and tangy dressing in this recipe. Some folks call this type of recipe vinegar-slaw, but since I’ve eaten my momma’s version, I just call it “Mom’s Slaw.”
