Southern-Soul Ham Salad

I’m sure y’all have learned by now that the South does not live on tuna and chicken salad alone. Any meat is fair game to be tossed in mayo and pickle relish and be called a salad. Being the centerpiece of many Southern dinners, with leftovers, ham is one of those meats. I mean, doesn’t ever’one take leftover meat and turn it into a salad that can be eaten as a sandwich? Remember, I told y’all the lines can be blurred when it comes to salads and sandwiches.
