Spiced Sweet Tater Salad

Sweet taters ain’t just for the traditional sweet tater pie and casserole anymore. Anything y’all can do with a white tater can be done with a sweet tater: mashed, fried, baked, roasted, and with my twist, turned into tater salad. This sweet tater salad is full of fruit, veggies, and spices that add up to a refreshin’ and surprisin’ slap in the taste buds.
