Easy Collard Greens

Call ’em country, call ’em Southern, or call ’em soul food, just don’t forget to call me when y’all fix a big batch of greens. Oh, how my mouth would water when I smelled greens cookin’ on the stove. My belly would also rumble, because it took all day to cook ’em and I thought I’d starve before I got to dig into a big bowlful of collards.
