Pleasin’ Pineapple Bake

I didn’t eat much pineapple growin’ up. It was just somethin’ we didn’t have much access to. One of my first experiences with pineapple was at a church picnic, when I was a teenager. I thought it was the most exotic thing I’d ever tasted. I actually got up the nerve to ask the lady for her recipe. Come to find out it had been handed down to her; love that. I’ve taken the idea of this handed-down recipe and given it my own twist. Make it your own and pass it on—keep the recipe cycle m
