Tasty Fried Turnips

Now I ain’t gonna lie, turnips were one of my least favorite foods that were cooked in Granny’s kitchen. They were just stewed with butter, and they didn’t pass the palate test with me. One day I was talkin’ with a friend and somehow, the subject of turnips came up. She tried to convince me that turnips could be tasty. I thought she’d bumped her head and bit her tongue off. But after she convinced me to try her fried turnips, I have to say I was shocked. Normally, I wouldn’t have put a turn
