- Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl. Place egg-white halves on a serving tray.
- Mash yolks with a fork until they look like coarse cornmeal.
- Add the mayo, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
