Method

Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl. Place egg-white halves on a serving tray.
Mash yolks with a fork until they look like coarse cornmeal.
Add the salsa, sour cream, corn, cumin, pepper, and onion powder; mix until creamy.
Place mixture into a piping bag and cut the tip off. Pipe into each egg-white
