Ever’one likes to add bacon and ranch flavors to almost ever’thing these days, even cocktails. Well, I’ve jumped on the bandwagon and given deviled eggs a bacon-ranch twist.

Method

Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl. Place egg-white halves on a serving tray.
Mash yolks with a fork until they look like coarse cornmeal.
Add the sour cream, ranch seasoning, and pepper; mix until creamy.
Stir in the onions and ½ cup bacon.
