Best-Ever Steak Fingers

Whether y’all call it country fried or chicken fried doesn’t change the fact that this breaded and deep-fried piece of beef, slathered with gravy, is a Southern institution. How do you twist an institution? By turning it into chicken-fried steak fingers, of course. These are easy to pick up and easy to dip in my creamy dill sauce or a traditional country gravy. I mean, really, who doesn’t like to eat a good finger ever’ now and then, especially when it’s deep fried?
